Wine and cheese will be served from 6.30pm to all members who attend Octagon Films’ AGM which will be at 7.15pm at the theatre. The purpose of the meeting is to receive the trustees’ annual report and accounts, to inform the membership of the society’s activities and plans for the future and to appoint members to the Executive Committee. Further information relating to this meeting will be sent to all members who receive their programme by e-mail nearer the time of the meeting. Those members for whom we do not have an e-mail address, can receive this information by contacting Peter Mitchell at the address given in the programme or by telephoning him on 01858 466234. Following the AGM, we will be showing ‘Everest’ at 8.15pm.
