Coyote vs. Acme is a brilliant live-action/animation hybrid legal comedy that turns Wile E. Coyote’s lifetime of slapstick suffering into a courtroom showdown.
The film follows Wile E. Coyote as he finally snaps after decades of explosive malfunctions. He hires down-on-his-luck human attorney Kevin Avery (Will Forte) to sue the Acme Corporation for their notoriously defective gadgets. Together, they face off against Acme’s intimidating, slick defense counsel, Buddy Crane (John Cena), in an underdog legal battle that exposes massive corporate greed.
A Visual Masterpiece: Echoing the brilliance of Who Framed Roger Rabbit, it seamlessly blends live-action with classic 2D animation.
