( French with English subtitles )

Starring:   François Cluzet, Omar Sy, Anne Le Ny
Directors: Olivier Nakache, Éric Toledano

A French film evening, featuring two films, firstly ‘La Famille Bélier’ starting at 5.30pm. This is then followed by a French style buffet including French wine, cheese, pate and French bread. This second film, ‘Untouchable’ will start at 7.45 pm. The ticket price is £10 and includes both films and the buffet.

An irreverent, uplifting comedy about friendship, trust and human possibility, Untouchable broke box office records in its native France and across Europe. Based on a true story of friendship between a handicapped millionaire (Francois Cluzet) and his street smart ex-con care-worker (Omar Sy), What draws them together is their total honesty, sense of humour and contempt for stuffy bourgeois hypocrisy, and the general gaucheness of nearly everyone around them.

Untouchable portrays an incredible journey of two men and a friendship destined to last a lifetime. A testament to the human spirit and humanity within each of us.
