DV8 Physical Theatre’s bold new production depicting the moving story of one man’s struggle to survive. Artistic Director Lloyd Newson began by conducting frank interviews with more than 50 men about love and sex. One of his interviewees was John. Now John’s story has been transformed into an intense theatrical experience that charts his years of crime, drug use and living on the margins of society.
DV8 Physical Theatre group have previously produced 18 highly acclaimed dance-theatre productions. In this bold production, the cast bring to life the true events of these stories, combining movement and spoken word. (2hr 0min)
