We thought that it would be a good idea to show a short local film about how the Market Harborough Millennium Tapestry was created and the people responsible for its production, after the showing of The Golden Spurtle.
This 22 minute film celebrates the 25th anniversary of the Market Harborough U3A Millennium Tapestry hand made by 47, U3A embroiderers and containing a total of 60 image panels. The tapestry measures 2.9 m x 1.61 meters and is currently situated in the rear ground floor of the Symington Building.
